Sara Diehl
Senior Admissions Counselor
Sara Diehl began working at Huntington University as an Admissions Counselor in May 2008. She works closely with prospective students and their families to guide them through the college admissions and decision-making process. Her admissions territory includes Illinois, Wisconsin, and northern Indiana.
Diehl is originally from Columbia City, Ind., where she graduated in 2004 from Whitko High School. She then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Small Business Management from Huntington University in 2008. She also holds a minor in Marketing.
During her years as a student at Huntington University, Diehl was actively involved on the Student Admissions Staff, Public Relations Staff and Yearbook Staff, as well as being an Assistant Resident Director and a Resident Assistant for two years. She also participated in many volunteer opportunities with the Joe Mertz Center. During her senior year, she was crowned Homecoming Queen and voted Female Forester of the Year.
Diehl enjoys traveling, cooking, graphic design, photography, reading, and spending time outside. She currently resides in Columbia City with her husband, Luke, who is also an alum of Huntington University.
