All faculty, staff, students and community MPERC members are welcome to participate.

All fitness levels are welcome.

All participants must fill out the online Personal Training Registration form.

Initial Assessment is required in order to take part in the first session with our personal trainer.

Sessions are valid for one semester only and won't be carried over to the next semester.

Initial Assessment

Our personal trainers will conduct a twenty minute evaluation that will help determine fitness state, medical factors and personal goals. Testing may include body composition, flexibility and muscular strength as well as endurance training.

Personal Training

If you enjoy personalized attention or you have specific goals, one on one training is a great option for you. Our prices are extremely reasonable and our trainers are highly qualified to help you meet your needs.

Program includes 10 sessions at $20 per session, Total = $200

Buddy Training

With buddy training, you can get the benefits of working with a personal trainer and a friend. Working out with a buddy is a great way to help with accountability when you are not with your trainer. It will also save you money! Buddy sessions consist of two individuals and these sessions are offered at a reduced cost from the one on one training.

Program includes 10 sessions at $35 per session, Total = $350
