Stephanie Lochmueller

Assistant Coach

After a decorated collegiate career as a Forester, Stephanie (Stearns) Lochmueller returns to Huntington University as an assistant coach under Head Coach Amy Settle. She is putting her playing experience to good use by working several days a week with the Foresters defensively. 

In addition to holding HU's season and career records in digs, passing and serving, the New Castle Indiana native was also recognized as the Conference Libero of the Year her final three years in green and white as voted on by the conference coaches. The four-time All-Conference honoree was also named to the NAIA Region VIII All-Region team as a senior.

Lochmueller was equally adept in the classroom where she earned NAIA All-America Scholar Athlete honors her final two years. She graduated from HU in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. 

Currently serving as a tax accountant at Franklin Electric, Lochmueller along with her husband Seth reside in Huntington, Indiana.
