master's in youth ministry leadership admission requirements

To be considered for admission to the Graduate Youth Ministry Leadership Program, you must supply the following information.

Application Fee

A non-refundable $30 application fee that accompanies the application unless you are a current or past Huntington University student.

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. An undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 is desired.

Recommendations

One letter of recommendation (Word document) is required from your pastor/spiritual leader.

Writing Samples

Please submit separate one-page writing samples via email or to Huntington University Graduate School in response to each of the following:

  1. What are the highlights of your personal history with God?
  2. What personal ministry vision does God seem to be leading you toward at this time in your life?
  3. Describe your ministry experience to this point. The equivalent of three years of full-time youth ministry experience is preferred for entrance into the program.

Note Concerning Admission Requirements

Students may register for up to 12 credit hours of classes once a completed application and application fee are submitted to the graduate school. After that point, the admission requirements must be completed to continue in the program.
