The Conference on Christianity, Culture, and Diversity in America will be held at Huntington University in Huntington, Indiana, November 14-16, 2008. The Conference is sponsored by Huntington University, and is supported by the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities in Washington, DC. Register now to attend!

The Conference on Christianity, Culture, and Diversity in America will address the growing issues of diversity in America, which range from race, ethnicity, gender, culture and religion to age and the physically challenged—all from a Christian worldview. There will be opportunities for networking and ongoing dialogue as we focus on practical applications for advancing diversity on Christian campuses.

Plenary speakers and other presenters will share research addressing the themes of Christianity, culture, and diversity. The research will expand the pool of existing knowledge on the subject, and the web site will post conference materials and research. In particular, The Conference will provide a forum for faculty, administrators, and students from CCCU schools and Christian educators at private and public universities to share best practices.

The pre-conference will begin Thursday, November 13, 2008, with a series of student events, including film screenings and special programs in Chapel and Convocation. The main conference will begin Friday evening with registration followed by dinner and a plenary speaker. Saturday will begin with breakfast, followed by a plenary session and breakout sessions before and after a buffet lunch. The day will conclude with dinner and entertainment. The conference will close on Sunday, following worship and brunch.
