Dr. Luke S. Fetters
Professor of Ministry & Missions Director, Institute for TESOL Studies
Luke Fetters joined the Ministry &
Missions Department in 2000. He is a graduate of Huntington University
(BA, MCM) and Wheaton College Graduate School (MA in Intercultural
Studies/China). Fetters earned his Doctorate of Education in Adult,
Higher and Community Education from Ball State University. He has served
the Church of the United Brethren in Christ in a wide variety of
ministry roles. Luke lived in Macau with his family from 1986 until
1997. During his time in Asia, Luke began his involvement in teaching English and serving as a TESOL consultant to school
districts in southern China. Luke is the founder and director of the Institute for TESOL Studies at Huntington University and leads teacher training teams to southern China each summer. He is the faculty advisor to Global Vision, the student missions fellowship at Huntington University.
