'Who's Who' honors 20 Huntington University students

Huntington, Ind.—The 2006 edition of "Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges" will include the names of 20 students from Huntington University who have been selected as national outstanding campus leaders.

Campus nominating committees and editors of the annual directory have included the names of these students based on their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities, and potential for continued success.

They join an elite group of students from more than 2,000 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and several foreign nations.


Betsey Bean

Outstanding students have been honored in the annual directory since it was first published in 1934.

Students named this year from Huntington University include the following:

· Betsey Katherine Bean, an exercise science major from Olivet, Mich.

· Chad Steven Pryor, a business and finance major from Indianapolis, Ind.

· Christina Michelle Fox, a psychology major from Beaver Creek, Pa.


Jeff Blossom

· Christine Katherine Shook, a not-for-profit business major from Franklin, Ind.

· Daniel Amos Hale, a psychology major from Losantville, Ind.

· Emily Kay Padilla, a biology major from Rochester, Ind.

· Jeffrey Aaron Blossom, a film studies major from Fort Wayne, Ind.

· Jenna Lynn Rodgers, an educational ministries major from Franklin, Pa.

· Jeremy Russell Burkett, a chemistry major from Huntington, Ind.

· Jill Ann Clements, a psychology major from Lynn, Ind.

· Joshua Ryan Dawes, an English education major from Leesburg, Ind.
