The Foresters left no doubt as they pounded the Cougars of St. Francis in an 8-1 win. HU won two of three doubles matches and then swept the singles to earn the convincing victory.
The Foresters had four double winners in the match. Stephanie Strong and Raelyn Althoff had an easy time at #1 doubles getting the 8-2 victory while Kendra Ganz and Calli Fike teamed for the 8-4 win at #2 doubles. The four then won their respective singles matches with #1 Strong (1-6, 6-3, 6-4) and #3 Ganz (2-6, 7-5. 6-2) each winning in three while #2 Althoff (6-4, 6-3) and #4 Fike (7-5, 6-3) both won in straight sets.
Other winners included Jessica Deter who breezed through her match at #5 singles winning 6-0, 6-0 and Katie Sprunger who went 6-4, 6-0 at #6 singles.
With the win, the Foresters improve to 4-2 on the season and 3-1 in the MCC.
