Playing in their own tourney over the weekend, the Forester volleyball team avenged a loss earlier this season to Lourdes College by sweeping them in straight sets, 25-22, 25-18, 25-14. But HU couldn't return this same favor to IU East as the Red Wolves took it to the Foresters in three sets (25-14, 25-14, 25-13) for the third time this season.

Against the Gray Wolves, the freshmen duo of Melissa Grossman and Kaylee Searles took charge at the net to finish with 15 and 11 kills respectively. Searles had a team-high 17 digs while Emilie Jamison dished out 32 assists.

In their second matchup of the day against IU East, the Foresters were led by Searles' seven kills, two blocks and five digs. Rebekah Brown added six kills and six digs. Jamison finished with 21 assists.

The Foresters are now 3-29. They wrap up regular season play with a trip to Taylor University on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
