Huntington volleyball downed by Knights

Huntington, Ind. - It took four sets but the Knights of Marian University outlasted the HU volleyball team 25-17, 21-25, 25-17, 25-15 on Friday night. With this loss, the Foresters fall to 3-10, 0-7 in MCC play.

After dropping a close first set, the Foresters snagged the second set before the Knights roared back to win the next two.

Heather Medich came up big for Huntington finishing with 16 kills and nine digs. Brittany Rooze also tallied double-digit kills with ten while Kaylee Searles added eight. Jensen Carnahan dished out 29 assists.

The Foresters host Mount Vernon Nazarene University on Saturday for its eighth MCC match of the season.
