Wesleyan knocks HU out of MCC tourney

Marion, Ind. - Up against #1-seeded Indiana Wesleyan University in first round action of the MCC tournament on Tuesday, the No. 8 Forester women’s tennis team fell prey to the Wildcats 5-0.

The Wildcats, who remain undefeated on the season, swept doubles play and proceeded to pick up wins at the No. 3 and No. 6 singles spots to quickly claim the first round win and stop play at all other positions.

HU (2-10) will pick up their rackets again on Tuesday when they play Anderson University in non-conference action.
