DMHO has toured around the country for a few years, meeting resounding acclaim. Their debut music video “Act the Scat” spent five weeks in Christian Music Video Magazine’s top ten in the nation. The band appeared in prime time alongside other Christian artists like Crystal Lewis and Third Day at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The upbeat and inventive band has been charming young and old alike across the nation, blending old-school swing band sound with God-centered, worshipful lyrics.
“Think big band. Think swing,” said Mark Morning of Campus Life magazine. “Think ‘If Frank Sinatra or Harry Connick Jr. were a Christian…’ Well, you’d get something like this!”
Sponsored by Pathfinder Services, Inc. and the Community Arts Program of Huntington College, the band’s performance promises to be a memorable event. To reserve tickets, call the Merillat Centre Box Office at (260) 359-4261. The Box Office’s hours are Monday- Friday from 9:00 a.m.-noon and 1 p.m.– 4 p.m.
