HUNTINGTON, Ind. — On Friday, Huntington University will be host to 834 attendees from the Church of the United Brethren in Christ National Conference. The conference is taking place Wednesday through Saturday at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne.
“It is an honor to host members of the United Brethren church on campus,” said Dr. Sherilyn Emberton, president of Huntington University. “Our university is rooted in the UB church, and we look forward to the opportunity to share with attendees our great heritage which began with their vision 116 years ago.”
Participants will have the opportunity to tour campus, enjoy a picnic dinner and then attend a concert by Christian artist Todd Agnew.
