HU competes in Wright State Roto Grip Raider Classic

BEAVERCREEK, Ohio - In HU’s third outing of the year, the Forester men’s bowling team totaled 6,805 pins to finish 22nd in the Wright State University Roto Grip Raider Classic November 10-11 at Beaverview Lanes in Beaver Vu Bowl in Beavercreek, Ohio.

Teams bowled five regular team games on Saturday and 20 Baker games on Sunday. In individual competition on Saturday, Connor Brown finished 51st out of 153 bowlers averaging 184.6 for five games while Tyler Neff was 62nd with a 168.4 average.

On the women’s side, the Foresters finished 16th, totaling 7,140 pins over two days at Capri Lanes in Kettering, Ohio. Individually, Ayla Yeiter finished 49th out of 176 bowlers with a 167.8 average for five games. Emily O’ Leary, Casandra Griffith and Stephanie Misamore finished 60th, 62nd and 63rd respectively with averages of 157.2, 156.0 and 155.4.

The Foresters are back in action over Thanksgiving break to compete in the National Collegiate Team Match Games.
