Flyers cruise past Foresters

Huntington, Ind. - Playing their last match before heading to the NAIA National Championships in Mobile, Alabama, the HU men’s tennis team lost to a talented Lewis University (Ill.) team, 8-1 on Saturday afternoon. The lone Forester win came at No. 6 singles where Jonathan Brenneman defeated Jonathan Teune in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2.

The Foresters wrap-up regular season play with a 13-3 record. They earned the automatic bid to the national tournament slated for May 17-21 by winning the MCC conference tournament back on October 9.
