The Foresters competed in a non-scored indoor track meet at Anderson University on Saturday. The men claimed three first place finishes and the women brought home one.
On the men's side, Kameron Bailey won the 200 meters with a time of 23.30, took second in the 55 meters with his 6.67 finish and ran a leg of the 4x400 meter relay that placed second. Todd Fiedler claimed first in triple jump with his leap of 41-05.00 and finished second in long jump with a leap of 20-02.50. Ethan Medley crossed first in the 800 meters with a time of 2:02.77. Other top three finishers included Sean LaFontaine who ran a 52.97 in the 400 meters to finish third. In the 3000 meters Joseph Herber finished second in 8:53.41 while teammate Luke Diehl was right behind him in third with a time of 8:58.12.
In women's action, Josann Schoeff paced the Foresters with a first place finish in the 200 meters with a time of 27.49. She also ran a 7.55 in the 55 meters to tie for second. Other top three finishes included Krystal McHenry in the 3000 meters (2nd, 11:42.76), Abbey Wise in the 800 meters (3rd, 2:29.87) and Michelle Kyler in the pole vault (2nd, 10-00.00).
