Foresters drop a 3-0 decision to Pilots

HUNTINGTON, Ind. - Less than 24 hours after their first win, the Foresters faced Bethel College at the Merillat Complex and dropped a three-set decision, 25-21, 25-13, 25-22, its fourth loss in league action.

Medich paced the Foresters offensively with eight kills while Melissa Grossman and Keister finished with five kills apiece. Medich and Bowers each tallied nine digs to bolster the defense but it wouldn’t be enough as the Pilots outhit HU 37-27 and logged eight team blocks to Huntington’s three.

The Foresters (1-9, 1-4) are back in action Wednesday when they travel to Taylor University for a 7:00 p.m. matchup.
