Goshen, Ind. - The Forester women’s tennis team (2-1, 1-1) took it to the Maple Leafs of Goshen College Tuesday afternoon, stealing the 6-3 road win to claim their first MCC win of the year.
HU came out strong, grabbing wins at all three doubles matches before snagging three more victories at the No. 1, 2 and 3 spots of singles play to keep the Maple Leafs winless on the year.
Huntington takes a break from conference play on Thursday, hosting the University of Northwestern Ohio at 3:00 p.m.
