HUNTINGTON, Ind.— This fall, Huntington University will launch two new online degree programs in marketing and nursing.

The Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and the RN to BSN degree will be offered in fully online formats through the university’s EXCEL Adult Degree Programs. The marketing program is also offered onsite in Huntington and Columbia City, and the RN to BSN program is available in Huntington as well as the addition of Fort Wayne this fall.

The RN to BSN degree prepares graduates for management and higher-level patient-care positions while the marketing degree includes specialized training in advertising and salesmanship, digital marketing, public relations and social media, market research and graphic design.

“We are excited to offer the marketing and RN to BSN degrees online as a part of our continued effort to meet student demand for convenient, high-quality, faith-based degrees,” said Shelly Francka, director of the EXCEL Adult Degree Program. “The online delivery method, as well as our accelerated format, continues to allow learners to be actively involved with their family, church and community and work a full-time job. We are dedicated to meeting community and student needs. We look forward to exploring new programs and relationships in an effort to meet those demands.”
