Service Industry Advertising Awards given to HU, Big

Huntington, Ind.—Gold and Silver awards were presented to Huntington University and Brand Innovation Group (Big) at the sixth annual Service Industry Advertising Awards. Big is a branding and communications company based in Fort Wayne.

Huntington University had two entries: the “Together” capital campaign, placed in the “other” category, and the “Youniversity” recruitment campaign, a total advertising campaign. Both were created by Big.

The “Together” capital campaign received a Gold award, and the “Youniversity” recruitment campaign earned a Silver award.

The SIA Awards were created in 2003 specifically to recognize the service industry. This year, 1,200 entries from across the United States were submitted to a national panel, which divided the entries into 12 groups and 27 categories. The panelists looked at the execution, creativity, quality, consumer appeal and overall breakthrough advertising content as they awarded 184 gold, 112 silver and 83 bronze awards.
