Beth Lahr
Mrs. Beth Lahr has served service as a staff member at Huntington University since 1981. Since 1997, she has worked in the Office of Advancement. Lahr currently serves as managing director of development operations. She provides direction and oversight for all internal operations of the Advancement Office, including management of office and support staff, data and resource management, donor relations, and donor research. Lahr also directs all capital campaign activities. Lahr says she enjoys the camaraderie in the HU Advancement Office. Background: Prior to her current role with HU Advancement, Lahr previously served in office management for various companies and organizations and also as administrative assistant to Presidents Gene Habecker and G. Blair Dowden (a total of 16 years). Outside Interests: Lahr also enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren and has served as a church pianist since 1972. |
