The Huntington University Department of Athletics announced its 2013 class of Hall of Fame inductees. The inductees, Eric Ade, Stephanie (Stearns) Lochmueller, Kent Paul and Doug Sheckler, were honored for their contributions to the Forester Athletic Department at the annual Hall of Fame Induction Luncheon on Saturday, November 9 at the Habacker Dining Commons.

The NAIA national office announced Monday the team and individual qualifiers for the 2013 NAIA Cross Country National Championships and among the list of individual qualifiers are Huntington University junior Gretchen Spahr and sophomore Tyler Herber.

The Forester cross country teams wrapped up their seasons Saturday morning at the Crossroads League Championships hosted by Grace College where the women finished 3rd and the men finished 6th.

The Forester cross country teams had solid outings at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge hosted by Aquinas College over the weekend with the women finishing tenth out of 33 teams while the men brought home 12th among a field of 37 teams.

Huntington University junior Gretchen Spahr and sophomore Tyler Herber swept the conference cross country awards this week as both were named the Crossroads League Runner of the Week for the week of October 21-27, 2013, based on their performance at the Wilmington College Fall Invitational.
