The senior catcher had an outstanding performance at the plate which helped lead the Foresters to a 5-1 record on the week including three victories over NAIA 9th-ranked Spring Arbor University.  He tallied seven hits in 17 at-bats for a .421 average. With six of the hits going for extra bases including two doubles and four homeruns, Rodriguez also posted an impressive 1.235 slugging percentage for the week.  He scored six runs himself and drove in a total of 11 runs throughout the six-game stretch.
