How can you support the HU Cheer Program?

There are several ways.  First, the HU Cheer Program is asking for sponsors for the 2007-2008 season.  If you are interested in this possibility please complete the attached form and mail it back to the below address..  As a sponsor you will have the choice having your name added to the upcoming program that Huntington puts together.

Cookbooks

Another option is cookbooks.  In 2005 the HU Cheer Squad mailed all athletes parents a letter asking for them to send in the favorite recipe of their athlete.  These were sold last year and will also be sold this year.  These will be available for $5.00 each.  If you cannot make the games but would like to purchase one please contact Candace Cooper at 260.224.0179 or by e-mail at ccooper@huntington.edu.

Cheer Clinic

The HU Cheerleaders will have their annual cheer clinic in April.  This will be open to girls the ages of 6-14.  This will not only be lots of fun but also a great learning experience.  Each participant will also be asked to come back and demonstrate a cheer learned at the clinic at one of the basketball games. 

Fundraisers

You will find the cheerleaders also selling chocolate goodies, megaphones, poms, etc. at all home games.  Don't forget to stop by our booth!
