The Forester cross country teams
competed at the Indiana Intercollegiates on Friday. The men ran to a 10th
place finish out of 18 small college teams. For the men, Joseph Waithira
paced HC with his 36th-place finish overall in 27:18, followed closely by
Cody Hannie in 40th place in 27:22. Ross Luckett was 94th in 28:51, John
Kagwanja finished 144th in 30:20 and Matt Waldfogel was 156th in 31:15.
The women finished 14th out of 17 teams. The Foresters
were led by Brittany Harvey's 49th place finish in 20:49. Leah Birkey (60th,
21:19), Molly Andrews (69th, 21:35), Emily Sealscott (91st, 22:30, and Julie
Clawson (96th, 22:40) also scored in the race for HC.. |
