09.16.05 - The men and women's cross country teams participated in the Indiana Intercollegiate at Indiana University on Friday with the men finishing 8th and the women 12th in the Little State competition.

In the men's small school division, Anderson took home the title with 51 points.  DePauw was second with 60, followed by Southern Indiana (67), Indianapolis (93), Indiana Wesleyan (141), Taylor (185), Wabash (221), Huntington (253), Earlham (267), and Rose Hulman ((315) rounding out the top ten.  Indiana State won the overall title with 41 points.

Cody Hannie paced the Forester harriers finishing 57th overall and 30th among Little State runners with a time of 27:11.  Nick Johnson was 84th overall (49th, 27:58), Alex Milentis was 92nd (57th, 28:13), Dan Lindbloom was 93rd (58th, 28:14) and David St. Louis was 94th (59th, 28:16).

On the women's side, DePauw claimed the small school championship with a score of 72.  Indianapolis was second with 89, followed by Southern Indiana (92), Indiana Wesleyan (115), Anderson (146), Taylor (220), Goshen (232), Bethel (233), Franklin (255), Hanover (262), Manchester (285), Huntington (306), Rose Hulman (307), Earlham (310), and Grace (400) rounding out the top fifteen.  Indiana took the overall team title with 63 points.

Molly Andrews was the top Forester finisher placing 87th overall and 43rd among Little State runners with a time of 20:51.  Jill Roughia was 109th overall (62nd, 21:19), Emily Sealscott was 112th (65th, 21:22), Leah Birkey was 114th (67th, 21:26) and Shelly Chaffin was 116th (69th, 21:27).
