09.16.06 - The Forester harriers competed against other Indiana colleges from all divisions at the 2006 Indiana Intercollegiates hosted by Indiana State University.  The HU men finished 14th out of 25 teams and the women were 17th of 26 teams.

Indiana State won the men's 8K race with a score of 32 followed by Purdue with 40 points.  Joseph Njeri paced the Foresters with a 42nd  place finish in 27:19 followed by Dan Lindbloom (68th, 27:47), Nick Johnson (86th, 28:06), Luke Diehl (97th, 28:27), and Michael Lehman (104th, 28:41).

In the women's 5K race, Indiana took the team title with a score of 38 and Valparaiso was second with 89 points.  The Foresters' top runner was Molly Andrews in 86th place with a time of 20:50.  Vanessa Macias was 96th in 21:03 with Emily Holliday right behind her in 97th with a time of 21:05.  Ashley Buck crossed in 21:08 for 102nd place and Jill Roughia was 127th in 22:00.
