Forester Men -
Seven runners return from
a team that finished third in the conference meet and fourth in the Region
VIII Championships. Coach Tom King will look for leadership from three
returning MCC All-Conference harriers including juniors Nick Johnson and
Dan Lindbloom and sophomore Joseph Njeri. King hopes to be a little bit
better this year and advance the team to the nationals. Forester Women - The women’s cross country team, also coached by Tom King, finished fifth in the MCC and ninth at the NAIA Region VIII meet last season. The 2007-08 team will be young with just one runner having two years of experience. Despite the lack of experience, King is optimistic about the potential of this group to make it an interesting year.
