04.20.06 - Senior Andrew Porterfield continued his hot streak earning his second straight medalist honor with a four under par 140 (70, 70) at the Spring Arbor University Spring Classic.  Marian College took the team title with a 592 in the 36-hole event followed by Spring Arbor (596), Hope (598), Tri-State and Aquinas (604), HU (605), Siena Heights (620), St. Francis (637), Albion (644) and Concordia (663).

"Andrew  was again outstanding," said Coach Schownir. "He shot four under par on a course he had never seen before. Generally, the team played well and being only 13 shots out of first over 36 holes is not much at all."

Justin Imel turned in HU's second best score with a 155 (73, 82).  Spencer Batt had two rounds of 78 for a 156.  Wes Knuth finished with a 158 (82, 76) and Daniel Schroeder shot a 161 (83, 78).
