| 09.26.09 - It was
a repeat finish of last year. The Foresters were second after round
one of the Bethel College Invitational and backed it up with an even
better Saturday round to finish second with a score of 599.
Jordan Dawes led the way for HU shooting a 10 (76, 74) for the
tournament. Matt Wilson shot a 79 and a 72 for a 151. Trey Stoll finished
with a 151 (80, 71). Cory Powell tallied 152 (74, 78) and Josh
Teulker had 158 (75, 83). HU's Mickey Belt played individually and finished with 154 (75,
79).
Marian took top honors with a 586 to
win the event. Madonna and Ohio Dominican tied for third with
604 followed by Wheaton (607), Saint Francis (618), Olivet Nazarene
(620), Bethel (622), Spring Arbor (628), Taylor (637), Grace (654),
Judson (656), Robert Morris (666), Calumet (675) and Goshen (734). |
