02.20.06 - The Mid-Central Conference (MCC) announced its post-season awards for the 2005-06 season, and for the second straight year, Huntington University junior, Alex Kock, earned MCC Player of the Year honors.  This year he shares the award with Co-Player of the Year Eric Ford of Taylor.  Mike Campbell of St. Francis received the Newcomer of the Year award, and Indiana Wesleyan's coach, Greg Tonagel, was named the MCC Coach of the Year.

Joining Kock and Ford on the All-Conference First Team is Eric Walsh (Goshen), Micah Lancaster (Spring Arbor), and Doug Bell (Taylor).  HU junior Kyle Ganton was a Second Team selection, sophomore Doug Sheckler was a Third Team pick, and seniors Steve Snider and Chase Verba were both Honorable Mention.
