02.16.08 - In their rematch with Indiana Wesleyan University, the Foresters (20-8, 10-4) got the series sweep and chalked up their 20th win of the season with the 72-60 victory over the Wildcats (18-9, 7-7).

Doug Sheckler paced HU with a game-high 28 points and Kevin Kyle added 12.  Spencer Harris led Indiana Wesleyan with 22 points while Antonio Murrell and Jon Moon chipped in 14 and 13 respectively.

The score seesawed back and forth through the first seven minutes of play until the Foresters put together a 9-0 run to go up 21-13 midway through the half.  IWU cut it to three a minute later, but HU ran off 10 consecutive points to take its largest lead of the half at 31-18.  Spencer Harris hit a jumper at the 5:07 mark to end the Wildcats' four minute drought and IWU was able to get back within single digits at 38-30 by the break.

As the second period started, the Wildcats continued to battle and cut it to five early, but a 12-2 HU spurt that began with a Sheckler lay-up and ended with two Sheckler free throws gave the Foresters a commanding 52-37 lead with 11:39 to play.  The margin would grow to as many as 19 at the 3:36 mark before the Wildcats made one last rally attempt.  IWU cut the deficit to nine with just under a minute to play, but it was as close as the Wildcats would get.
