For the men, senior Doug Sheckler became the fifth Forester to receive the MCC Player of the Year award and also marked the eighth time that a Forester has received the top honor.  Junior Kyle Benge and sophomore Kevin Kyle were both members of the Third Team and freshman Tyler Shively was voted to the All-Newcomer Team. HU's head coach Steve Platt was named the Conference Coach of the Year.

Joining Sheckler on the First Team was Errick McCollum (Goshen), Marcus Moore (Grace), Antonio Murrell (Indiana Wesleyan) and William Walker (Bethel). Spencer Harris of Indiana Wesleyan received the Newcomer of the Year award.

On the women’s side, junior Lauren Davenport earned Second Team honors and Jenna Donaldson was an Honorable Mention selection.  Members of the First Team included Player of the Year, Natalie Young (Bethel), Lisa Thompson (Indiana Wesleyan), Nora Didrick (Bethel), Paige Rudolph (Taylor) and Tony Burney (St. Francis).
