For Your Safety

► Any individual under the age of 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult 21 years of age or older when using the Merillat Complex.

► Shirts and shoes must be worn when using the facility. Street shoes are not permitted in the gym or racquetball courts. You must have a second pair of shoes with you.

► Patrons are encouraged to bring a lock to secure personal items in a locker while using the facility. Locks must be removed after each visit to the facility.

► All patrons are expected to conduct themselves in a positive, cooperative manner and abide by all the guidelines.

► The use of alcohol, tobacco, controlled substances or profanity is prohibited within the MPERC. Vandalism, theft, and other forms of inappropriate behavior are grounds for immediate expulsion and revocation of membership privileges.
