The Merillat Physical Education and Recreation Complex is one of the region's premier fitness facilities. Huntington University welcomes the public to use the MPERC facilities through our unique Community Membership Program.

This 86,000 square foot facility houses our varsity gym, racquetball courts, weight rooms, exercise equipment, aerobics room, and spacious Fieldhouse. Outside are the Klopfenstein Tennis Courts, soccer field, and softball field. The MPERC is home to our Department of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation. It is also the headquarters of Huntington University Athletics. Our Foresters compete in 14 intercollegiate sports for men and women.

The Merillat Complex Community Program has a variety of membership programs and services have been customized to meet your needs. Note that various punch cards are available if you choose not to purchase a membership.

Additional fees apply for programming offered by our Campus Recreation Department. Guests of members may use the facility by paying a $5 entry fee. Children five years old and younger are admitted free.

Discounts are available for Huntington University alumni, senior citizens (62 and over) and local businesses.

We encourage you to explore the opportunities available to you at the MPERC. We would be happy to answer any questions you might have and help you get the most out of the facility.
