10.30.04 - The NAIA #9-ranked Bethel College Pilots proved too much for the Foresters as they bounced HC from the MCC Tournament with a 3-0 victory.  The two teams were in a scoreless battle for most of the first half, but the Pilots finally netted one with 1:45 left in the half.  The Foresters were able to put together a few good build-ups from the back, but very few resulted in quality scoring chances.  The Pilots put the game away with two additional goals in the second half to bring HC's season to a close at 7-9-2.  "Our men played well and showed a lot of heart, the same heart they have been showing all year," said Coach Lawson.  "I am truly going to miss this group of gifted young men."

NOTE:  HC seniors, Courtney Hamilton and Luke Caldwell, were selected to the MCC All-Conference team.  Hamilton, the Foresters’ keeper, was a First Team selection and Caldwell was Second Team.
