10.11.08 - A defensive breakdown by the Foresters late in the match led to the game-winning goal for Calumet College of St. Joseph and doomed HU to a 1-0 loss.

The match was fairly evenly played with the Crimson Wave generating 15 shots to 12 for HU and both with three shots on goal.  But Calumet College took advantage of the Foresters' miscue and scored the only goal of the contest with 13 minutes remaining.

“A critical lapse in our defending in the 77 minute sealed our fate," said Coach Lawson. "This is a team that is struggling mightily to finish games out. We are in need of everyone willing to raise their concentration level as the game progresses to that final whistle."

With the loss, the Foresters fall to 3-9-2 on the season.
