09.27.08 - Indiana Wesleyan dominated the Foresters from start to finish to record the 7-1 rout over HU.

The Wildcats scored three unanswered goals through the first 29:40 of the match.  Steven Roberts finally put HU on the scoreboard with a goal at the 30:16 mark.  After that it was all Wildcats.  Wesleyan went on to score a fourth goal in the first half and added three more in the second.

The Wildcats recorded 21 shots on goal to just one for HU.  Forester keepers Matt Boyer and Kevin Keske tallied eight and six saves respectively.

"Wesleyan was flying all over the park this afternoon and are fully deserving of the victory," said Coach Lawson. "We let a top class team get the momentum and we never won it back. Our pressure was soft and when you combine that with our lack of composure on the ball, it made for a long afternoon for us. We are all disappointed with our collective effort and will be committed to ensuring this does not happen again."

With the loss, HU falls to 3-6-1 on the season and 0-2 in MCC play.
