10.20.09 - With playoff hopes on the line for both teams, the Knights scored with less than three minutes in the game to edge the Foresters 1-0 and secure a spot in the MCC tourney.

In a defensive battle of the wills, neither team was able to generate much offensive firepower throughout much of the evening.  The lone goal came at the 87:02 mark when Marian tapped in a goal inside the 18-yard box to earn the conference win.  The Knights outshot the Foresters 13-7. HU Keeper Kevin Keske finished with four saves.

With this loss the Foresters drop to 9-8, 1-7 in MCC play.  The Foresters are back in action on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. when they host Moody Bible Institute.
