- The men’s tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to Tri-State.
Although the score was lopsided, every match was close and could have
gone either way. The Foresters lost two three-setters and lost in
tie-breakers in two other matches. The lone winner on the day was
Brandon Curtis at #5 singles. After dropping the first set, he
bounced back to win the second set 6-2. Since the team match was
already decided, they played a super tie-breaker for the third set
with Curtis winning 11-9.
Now 4-11, the Foresters close out their
season at home against Alma College on Saturday at 1:00pm. |
