09.19.06 - The Foresters moved into the win column for the first
time this season with a 7-2 victory over Indiana Tech.
Mitchell McDonald,
Dustin Ecker and Adam Widener were double winners in the match.
McDonald teamed with Daron Short for the 8-1 win at #2 doubles and
then got the come-from-behind win 5-7, 6-2, 6-1 at #2 singles.
Ecker and Widener won 8-5 at #3 doubles then Ecker won on a super tie
breaker 2-6, 6-4, 10-4 at #4 singles and Widener went 6-0, 6-0 at # 6.
Other winners
included Tyler Moore (6-2, 6-1) at #1 singles and Brian Lambright
(6-4, 6-4) at #5 singles.
The win gives the
men a 1-4 record on the season. |
