- The Foresters swept singles and took two of the three doubles matches to
cruise past Manchester College 8-1.
Tyler Moore and Mitchell McDonald
teamed for the 8-2 win at #1 doubles while Gonzalo Vivas and Adam
Widener quickly took over the match for the 8-0 victory at #2.
In singles play,
Moore went 6-3, 6-1 at #1 for the win.
Vivas dropped just one game in the first set for an easy win at #2.
McDonald was a 6-2, 6-0 winner at #3, Widener got the 6-0, 6-1 victory
at #4. James Makula won 6-2, 6-1 at #5 and Keaton McDonald went
6-1, 6-2 for the win at #6.
The Foresters move to 4-3 on the year with the win. |
