Competing
in 2009 ITA National Small College Championships that brings
together the best eight players in small college tennis from around
the United States, Gonzalo Vivas goes 1-2. In first round action
Vivas fell to Renardy Guelfi from Oklahoma Christian 5-7, 6-2, 6-4.
In the consolation round Vivas slipped past Matthijs Bolsius of
Azusa Pacific before falling to Remy Caffardo of Graceland, 6-2, 6-4
in the consolation finals. Vivas caps off his stellar collegiate
career as the sixth place finisher at the 2009 ITA National Small
College Championships. |
