The
Mid-Central Conference (MCC) has announced its softball awards for the
2004-05 season. Senior Kaley Fode was the lone Forester to
receive All-Conference honors.
She was Huntington’s
top hitter with her .313 batting average and top run producer with her
18 RBI.
Indiana
Wesleyan swept the individual honors with Hillary Melas being
named Conference Pitcher of the Year, Britney Froedge, Player of the
Year and Sue Bowman, Coach of the Year.
Joining
Fode, Melas and Froedge on the All-Conference team are Bethel's
Suzanne Cole, Britny Beneker, and Christy Nagy, Grace's Michelle
Liebsch, Indiana Wesleyan's Tabatha Robinson and Megan Harbolt,
Marian's Stephanie Rowland and Kasee Spangler, Spring Arbor's Jessica
Mancini, Kayla Steven, Shawnesy Patton, Mandy Trevino, and Janna
Klassen, Taylor's Emily Pensinger, and St. Francis' Emily Kavanaugh. |
