04.09.05 - Joel Sanders, David St. Louis and Brittany Fillman each earned a top four finish for the Foresters at the Indiana Intercollegiate track meet.  Sanders finished second in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:53.92, just seven-tenths of a second behind winner, Geoff Lambert, of Wabash College.  His time was also just one-hundredth of a second off the school record of 1:53.91 set by Jay Weiseman in 1996.  David St. Louis placed fourth in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:49.13, his fastest time of the season, and Brittany Fillman followed suit with her best time of the year in the 400 meter dash, 58.70, good for a fourth place finish.

Other scorers for HC included Cody Hannie in the 1500 meter run (5th, 4:02.92), Melissa McFadden in the high jump (6th, 4-11.00), Christi Shook in the 800 meter run (7th, 2:20.50) and the women's 4x400 relay (7th, 4:07.86)

The Forester men finished 12th out of 19 teams with a team score of 17.  The University of Indianapolis won the men's title with 110 points.  On the women's side, the HC women were 14th of 17 teams with 12 points.  The University of Indianapolis completed the sweep with the women also winning their event with 204 points.
