Huntington College Track & Field High School Meet Information December 15, 2004 Dear Coach, Again this year, we are coordinating high school indoor track and field meets on our campus with Eastbrook High School. All three meets will be combined meets for boys and girls. The starting time will be 6:00 p.m. They will be officiated by our track and field teams as in the past. The meets will be filled on a first reply basis and will be limited to a total of 10 teams. Boys and Girls Friday --- March 4, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. Boys and Girls Tuesday --- March 8, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. Boys and Girls Friday --- March 11, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. There will be no team scoring and you may enter as many as you wish in most events. As last year, there will be an entry fee of $100 for each boys team and an entry fee of $100 for each girls team. Bishop Luers Scoring: There is no team scoring. Entry deadline: All entries must be received by noon on the Tuesday for the Friday meets and by noon on Friday for the Tuesday meet. FAX entries to: 1-260-359-4295 - Tom King – Track Coach – Huntington College. You may FAX changes and scratches until 6:00 p.m. on the day before your meet. It is very important to make any updates. If we have scratches on race day, that makes for empty lanes and a longer night. Please do a professional job. Facility: Our track is 171 meters in length with 55 meter straight for the dashes. Please help us take care of our facility: A. No spikesB. No food or drinks in the fieldhouse (coaches, help us on this) C. Soft shelled shot only – if you do not have one, you can borrow one- do not bring any other shots Entry fee: $100.00 for each team of boys and $100.00 for each team of girls. Please make checks payable to Huntington College. It would be helpful if it is sent ahead of time. Send to the attention of Tom King.
