 10.22.04 - The volleyball traveled to Savannah, Georgia for the Savannah College of Art & Design Invitational and went 1-3 on the weekend.  HC opened tournament play with a convincing win over Tennessee Wesleyan College on Friday night, winning 30-17, 30-14, 30-17.  In the Foresters’ first match on Saturday, they faced St. Ambrose University.  Too many unforced errors at the end of games cost HC the match as they fell 30-24, 32-30, 29-31, 30-22 to the Queen Bees.  In their final two matches, the Foresters fell to Georgetown University 30-12, 30-24, 30-12 and lost 30-14, 33-31, 30-15 to Dillard University. Jessica Kendall led HC with 53 kills in the tournament.  Jami Fusselman dished out 122 assists, Stephanie Stearns added 76 digs, and Tiffany Malfait had 11 blocks. The women now stand at 11-16 on the season.
