#4-seeded St. Francis Cougars dismissed the
fourth-seeded
Foresters from the MCC Tournament
with the 3-0 win. HU struggled the entire match with its
passing, which kept the offense from being as aggressive as it needed
to be. St. Francis won game one 30-23. The Foresters put
up more of a fight in the next two games, but untimely errors cost
them both games at 30-26 and 30-28.
For the game, Amy Wilson led the team with
10 kills. Kayley Cervenka added seven kills and three blocks.
Kellie Hanson dished out 27 assists in the match and Stephanie Stearns
had a team-high 11 digs.
The Foresters concluded their season with a record of 18-13.
