09.19.07 - Huntington University defensive specialist, Stephanie Stearns, was named both the Mid-Central Conference and NAIA Region VIII volleyball Libero of the Week for the week of September 10-16, 2007.

Stearns, a senior Accounting major from New Castle, Indiana (New Castle Chrysler High School), helped lead Huntington to a 3-1 week with her play as the Foresters� libero. She had 115 digs in 14 games for an 8.21 average. She also had a .990 reception and .960 service percentages for the week.
