- Playing against 17th-ranked Taylor, the Foresters put up a good
fight in game one but eventually succumbed to the Trojans in three
games, 28-30, 15-25, 20-25.
Leading the way were Brittney Smelser with 19 kills, 12 digs and
four aces and Alyssa Schroeder with 29 assists, five kills, ten digs
and two aces. Stacie Hoffman chipped in five kills and one
block while Katie Bowers finished with 14 digs.
With this loss, the Foresters drop to 15-14, 2-5 in conference play.
HU is back in action on Monday when they host Indiana University
